We’re starting to line up coaches for the workshop. Look for more announcements soon.
Very excited that Matt Ford will be joining us. After graduating from Penn State Matt has worked in both the film industry and as a journalist.
“Before co-founding Vignette Interactive, Matt worked as a multimedia journalist for The Associated Press covering the 2008 U.S. presidential election, the “Arab Spring,” and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Before journalism, Matt worked in the Los Angeles film industry as a set and studio lighting technician on productions such as Spiderman 2 and The West Wing.”
He also regularly works as an instructor, teaching media production and post-production. He has worked as a multimedia instructor for World Press Photo’s Reporting Change multimedia workshop, NPPA’s Multimedia Immersion, and Internews in Kazakhstan.
Matt studied film at Toronto’s York University and has degrees in journalism from Penn State University and Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.
